We are passionate about home improvement.

As  a father and son team, we have been in business since 2009 (Dad {Deane} has been building homes since the 1990's). A few things have changed since then, but our commitment to our clients remains the same. We take this job seriously, and we do not consider it a small thing to be invited in to someone's house and given the freedom to demolish and rebuild/remodel their home. We are very serious about respecting our clients' property and their neighbors', and we ensure that any subcontractors we may work with have the same mentality. Witth the philosophy that a high quality end result is the best marketing that one could hope for, we pursue this high quality end result with great zeal and passion. It is the little things that make the biggest difference in the overall feel of the completed work, and we attend to these little things at every turn. It usually is the little things that are overlooked with SOME other contractors, and the aggregate of these little things missed turns into a big project completed poorly. This is not the way to have sustained success for all parties involved. Paying attention to the small things that are often overlooked by others is one of the best ways we have found to set ourselves and our brand apart. It is not always easy, it involves greater net effort for each project, but it is the most surefire way to get to the A+/5 star grade at the job's completion, and for this reason, we believe it is absolutely worth it.

 

While we have received some effusive praise from our clients, and are happy to have you read the kind words others have said, we in no way want to convey that we are perfect by any means. We are human, and err regularly as all humans do, but, as mentioned throughout our site, we will not stop bringing our best effort when it comes to giving our clients a quality project and minimizing the pain points of the construction process to the best our ability. We strive for honesty inasmuch as is in our ability to do so, and we have found that it is the best policy through experience. It is not a catchphrase for us...it is a way of life, and one that brings us peace and tranquility daily, but also contributes to the overall wellbeing of our company and our relationship with our clients.
